Sneak Peeks in your Classroom

If you want to know more about your child's classroom expectations, procedures, and curriculum...this sneak peek night is for you. It gives you a chance to take a peek at your child's daily schedule and what they do during those times.

It is also a great time for your teacher to go over everyday things like how to send in lunch money, transportation changes, or anything else that may come up during the year. You will meet in your child's classroom with their teacher.

1st and 2nd grade Sneak Peek will be tonight, Sept. 8th at 6:00

3rd and 4th grade will be on Thursday, Sept 10 at 6:00

Pre-K and Kindergarten will also be on the 10th at 6:30.

We are planning a movie in the playground family night on September 29th and the class that has the most in attendance at Sneak Peeks gets a VIP seating area!

Please do not miss this opportunity to spend time with your child's teacher. Mark your calendar now.

Morning Bells

Students go to morning activity after drop off until 7:50 a.m. each morning. At 7:50 students report to their classroom and begin familiar reading. If at all possible, we would like all students to be in class at 7:50. Students are considered tardy if not in class by 8:00.

The teachers will open car doors in the back car rider line until 8:00 a.m. If a teacher is not at the car line, please bring your student into the office and sign them in.

Lunch Charges in Cafeteria

Please help us by keeping your lunch accounts current. You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name and their teacher's name.

You can also take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch. Pre-K button is below.

Box Tops & Labels for Education

Our PTO collects box tops for our school. Last year WS brought in more box tops than any other school in the district!!! Students who bring in Box Tops and/or Labels for Education will get to choose a prize from the treasure chest every other Friday regardless of the amount they turn in. The classroom that collects the most will get to display the traveling trophy in their classroom for those two weeks. This is a great way to help support our school.

If you have any questions about Box Tops or Labels for Education please contact our PTO reps at the email below.
