Happy Holidays to Families 2023
MESSAGE FROM PRINCIPAL DE LA TORRE
As we approach the end of the first semester, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our students, staff, and parents. It has been a semester filled with accomplishments, challenges, and growth. Our students have demonstrated a commitment to excellence in their academic pursuits. I am proud of their achievements and the positive atmosphere they have created within our school. To our parents and guardians, thank you for your ongoing support and partnership. Your involvement is crucial to the success of our students, and we appreciate the collaboration between home and school.
We still have a little bit of time for students to finish strong with very important semester finals. A little extra study time will pay dividends on final exams. Once those are complete, I encourage everyone to take some well-deserved time to rest and recharge. The new year brings new possibilities, and I look forward to continuing our journey of academic excellence together. Wishing you all a joyful holiday season and a happy new year!

NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY SPREADING HOLIDAY CHEER
On Thursday, December 7th, Hamilton's National Honor Society went to Parkland Memory Care Center to deliver handmade snow globes to the residents! They were able to sing Christmas carols with the residents as well as spend time sharing stories and helping them feel loved this holiday season. With service being one of the most important pillars of NHS, it was a beautiful opportunity for the members to give back to the community.
COCOA & CRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Link Crew sponsored a Cocoa & Cram session for the freshman class. There were lots of students that showed up to enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and get tutoring help in multiple areas to help prepare for upcoming finals. Way to go Link Crew!
ROTC
The Air Force Junior ROTC brought 24 cadets to Luke Air Force Base for an immersive tour of the aircraft maintenance complex. Over the course of 2 days, they dedicated a total of 6 hours to exploring backshop maintenance facilities, inspecting bombs on the bomb build pad, and getting an up-close and personal look at the Air Force's latest fighter, the F-35 Lightning II, on the flight line. The entire experience was nothing short of fantastic for everyone involved!
