Healthy Hendo
HCS Health & Wellness Newsletter - May 2018
Message from Henderson County Schools Human Resources Department
This edition of Healthy Hendo will focus on forming new healthy habits. Forming a habit takes time, dedication, and commitment. This summer is the perfect time to commit to a new healthy habit. Your challenge is to use the 8 weeks of summer break to start a new healthy habit. Train for a 5K, learn to knit or crochet, or start cooking instead of eating out. The possibilities are endless! We believe in you and we know you can do it!
