Got Stress?
So what can we do to help the rest of the year go smoothly. Below there are two articles produced by teachers with some suggestions on how to deal with teacher stress. I loved that some of them gave suggestions on how to be proactive to avoid stress by planning ahead. #5 in the second article was one of my favorites.
