Dairy is a very important part of your diet. It contains many vitamins and minerals that you need on a daily basis.


Osteoporosis is a disease that involves your bones. It causes your bones to become weak, they lose calcium, and they become fragile and break easily. osteoporosis generally has no symptoms and anyone at any age can be effected. Three ways you can help to prevent this disease is to build healthy bones, have a healthy diet, and to have a healthy diet.

Vegan Almond Butter, Caramel-Swirled, Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

All it takes to whip this vegan ice cream together is a high-powered blender. Mix up frozen bananas, a bit of non-dairy milk and vanilla bean powder (or fresh vanilla beans), stir in the caramel and nut butter swirls, add in some chocolate chips, and chill for an hour or so to achieve the perfect scoopable texture. Because the base for this dessert is just frozen bananas, you end up with a lower-calorie treat.
