JPS Week Ahead for Families

June 22

The Last Week

This has been quite a year. We would like to extend a sincere thank you to you all. You have been very supportive and understanding as we worked through staff job action and then school closure. We truly value our parent-staff collaboration to support our students. Please know that we recognize the tremendous positivity and support of our community and feel very fortunate.

Reports will be mailed home this week. If you would like to discuss your child's learning, please contact your child's teacher by Friday, June 26th.

Director Rantz sent home a message to parents last week (see link below). The plan for re-opening schools in September is yet to be fully determined. We are hopeful that we will have at least part time attendance at school in the fall and we really look forward to seeing our Jayhawks at school as soon as it is safe to do so. We are sure you have many questions. We encourage you to check our school and Limestone websites over the summer for updates, especially in early August when the Ministry will make a final decision on the return to school plan.

We wish you all a happy and safe summer.
