We hope you all had a great first week of school! It was so fun seeing everyone on the first day. We are very excited to welcome our littlest Sailors to the school on Tuesday and Wednesday. If you are a parent of a kindergartener, we encourage you to attend the "Tears & Cheers" breakfast on your child's first day. It will be a great opportunity to commiserate and celebrate with fellow kindergarten parents. Plus, there will be coffee and donuts! We also have the Ice Cream Social taking place this Thursday from 5-7 on the playground. Bring your family and friends and enjoy some free ice cream!

The PTA has a lot in store for the month of September, so keep reading for more information.

We are excited to work with the students, staff, families, and friends of Cottage Lake Elementary. We encourage you to check out the PTA and send any and all ideas our way.

The Cottage Lake Elementary PTA would like to introduce our Special Education Representatives, Angela Dawson and Jane Pearl Peterson. As representatives, they are here to support you (the families) in the PTA. They are also here to get you connected with community resources, other families, and friends. The Reflections program is back at Cottage Lake Elementary and is a great opportunity for all students to share their artistic creations. Cottage Lake hosts two major fundraising events each year; The Fun Run, Walk & Roll and the Spring Auction.
