Newton's First Law

An object at motion will tend to stay in motion, and an object at rest will tend to stay at rest unless acted upon by an equal and opposite force.

Newton's Second Law

Force = Mass * Acceleration. Something with more mass requires more force to get it started and stopped, like comparing a train to a car.

Newton's Third Law

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
