Pep Band
We will serving pizza for the pep band during their game nights. If you are able to help serve and clean up, please sign-up for a date below. Times have been estimated and may need to be modified (would move slightly later but not earlier). You can contact Connie Moxley 317-340-9289 with any questions.

Indoor percussion practice schedule for this week:
Tues & Thurs: 6p - 9p
Friday: 5p - 9p
Saturday: 9a - 9p
Saturday is our next staging camp! Be on the lookout for a sign-up to provide and serve dinner to our kiddos!

Payments
The second Winter Guard payment is due on January 4th. Online payments can be made HERE. Please contact the Treasurer at treasurer@fcbands.org if you need to set up a payment arrangement.
Practice Schedule
The practice schedule for this week is below. Students must attend every practice. if you have a rare conflict that can’t be avoided, email Adam Faircloth immediately.

• Tuesday - 2:30pm to 5:30pm – Annex
• Thursday - 6:00pm to 9:00pm - HS Aux Gym
• Friday - 6:00pm to 9:00pm - HS Aux Gym
• Saturday – 2:00pm to 9:00pm – Annex
A Winter Guard
• Tuesday - 6:00pm to 9:00pm - HS Aux Gym
• Thursday – 3:30pm to 6:00pm – Annex
• Friday - 3:30pm to 5:30pm Annex
Regional A Winter Guard
• Tuesday - 6:00pm to 9:00pm - HS Band Room
• Thursday - 6:00pm to 9:00pm - HS Band Room
• Friday - 6:00pm to 9:00pm - HS Aux Gym

Volunteers Needed
We need a lot of volunteers to make this year successful. It is a perfect opportunity to make new friends, get a behind the scenes perspective, and spend more time with your child. We will be sending out Information for the various volunteer opportunities after the break. These will include pushing props, chaperoning events, decorating flip flops, preparing snacks, and more. Please complete your background check now (see below) so you are ready. Monitor our Weekly Cadence and the parent Facebook group

Volunteer Background Check
All volunteers are required by Franklin Township Community School Corporation to complete the SafeVisitor background check. Please click the link below and follow the instructions. The cost is $16.00. Be sure to download the app so you can track when your renewal date approaches.
