Counselors will be posting the seminar schedule along with the google meet links in their google classrooms. Our first counseling seminar is on September 17th and will be for SENIORS!
You'll find other useful information in this newsletter including:

Title: Caring for Your Child During COVID: Approaching Parenting Paradoxes with a Pair-a-Docs
Presenters: Heather Forkey, MD and Jessica Griffin, Psy.D
This webinar will be presented by two national experts in childhood trauma and resilience: Heather Forkey, MD and Jessica Griffin, Psy.D., of the University of Massachusetts' Medical School and UMass Memorial. Dr. Forkey (a pediatrician) and Dr. Griffin (a psychologist) will talk about how to best support your child during the school year and address the paradox of trying to parent during a pandemic, particularly as children are transitioning back to a new school year.
Dr. Forkey and Dr. Griffin will provide an overview of the impact of stress and how to promote resilience, even during challenging times. In addition to their extensive professional credentials, both Dr. Forkey and Dr. Griffin are moms of children in the Wachusett School District!
Parents are encouraged to submit questions ahead of time and Drs. Griffin and Forkey will do their best to address your questions and concerns during their talk.

The design of the SAT prep course is to best prepare your child for the SAT: optional essay, evidence-based reading and writing, complex equations and data analysis.
