The sequence goes, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, and 0.
The answer is 900 ft high, because 20 x 5 is 100.
To reach an altitude of 20 ft, the balloon would have to travel 39 minutes and to land it would take 40 minutes.
The second balloon takes 60 minutes to land and the first balloon take 40 minutes to laugh.
The function of the question is f(x)=800-30x and It takes about 13 minutes more for the third balloon to land.
The fourth balloon will reach the first balloon in 16 minutes, at an altitude of 480 feet. The function is f(x)=30x.
The first balloon takes 40 minutes, and for the third balloon to reach the ground in 40 minutes, it would have to be at an altitude of 1200 feet.
