W2
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, CAMPUSES AND SUPPORT LOCATIONS
· The W2 forms for employees who selected to receive the form in electronic format are available to view and print in the TEAMS Employee Service Center.
· The W2 forms for employees who selected to receive a paper copy will be ready to be picked up from the finance office beginning this morning, Friday-January 26. These employees also have access to view and print their W2’s from the TEAMS Employee Service Center. Please encourage these employees to change the delivery type in TEAMS Employee Service Center from ‘paper’ to ‘electronic’ for 2017 W2’s.
· Please send one person from your location to pick up W2 forms for your staff (office manager, department manager, assistant principal or principal) – the person should have their PISD badge for identification and he/she will be asked to sign for the forms.
· If you receive a form for a former employee or an employee who is on long-term leave, please mail the form to him/her – do not return the form to the payroll office.
· If you receive a form for an employee who has transferred from your location to another PISD location, please contact the employee – do not return the form to the payroll office.
· W2 forms are being mailed by the payroll office to substitutes and PASAR employees who selected to receive paper copies.

Absence Reporting
1. Our new paperless absence reporting will be available for use starting Monday, January 29th. All request submitted beginning on Monday, must use the electronic form that can be found on the Google McMillen Website. JD will send out detailed information on how to access it.
2. In the event you have an emergency absence, please notify your department chair and Jackie as soon as you can.
3. If you have a scheduled absence due to a district meeting, please enter your absence and request a sub immediately.
