Things I Can Do
To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will eat healthy, stay fit(or at least try my best to), and stay happy for me/everybody/ and my friends.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by staying as happy as I can and telling people how I feel. What I will gain from that "pain" is more strength for myself and more feelings toward my family and friends.
I Am Who I Am Because Of My Surroundings.
I want to stay and live happy from my life. So, I need to surround myself with joy, adventure, happiness, good nice lovable friends and family, and a nice life.
