To ensure I have the very best health I can everyday, I will tell myself that I will have a good day everyday.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by moving on with my life and taking it day by day. What I will gain from that "pain" is knowing in the future how I can react to that "pain" and move on or even resist it.
I am who I am because of my surroundings.
I want to stay happy with my family and stay close to them so we don't drift apart from life. So, I need to surround myself with my family and go on trips or go somewhere for holidays to do some fun things and make memories with them.
