Rescission of Pre-portioned Fruit Cup Crediting supplement released on May 14, 2013
September 30, 2021 - (TDA) officially rescinds the Pre-portioned Fruit Cup Crediting supplement released on May 14, 2013.
Administrative Review Reminder and a New Process
The financial review entails a comprehensive look at the way CACFP funds are used to support the development and delivery of meals to the eligible population served by the CE. A particular focus of the financial review involves an assessment of the CE’s procurement policies and practices.
Effective immediately, AR notices will be sent to CEs via email (with PDF files of Notices as attachments) to the principal individuals listed on the CE’s approved program application in TXUNPS, when all of the email addresses are available.
