Yipee for Phase 3!

Congratulations to Island County, for making it to Phase 3 of the Healthy Washington - Roadmap to Recovery Plan from Governor Inslee. I am excited that the new approach to phases includes evaluating Island County individually and not as part of a region. Keep up the good work and do not forget the Three W’s to Wear a mask, Watch your distance, and Wash your hands.

The Public Works Department provides an opportunity for individuals or groups to serve the City by picking up litter through the Street Litter Program. Learn more on the City website.

1851 - 2021 is the Year of the Oak

2021 is the Year of the Oak and it is time to celebrate the 170th anniversary (1851 - 2021) of the naming the City of Oak Harbor, in honor of the Garry Oak tree. Look for ways to join the celebration between March and June 2021 by visiting
