We are hiring! If you or someone you know is interested in joining our wonderful team, please visit the City’s website at www.oakharbor.org/jobs to see a list of the current job openings.
Yipee for Phase 3!
Congratulations to Island County, for making it to Phase 3 of the Healthy Washington - Roadmap to Recovery Plan from Governor Inslee. I am excited that the new approach to phases includes evaluating Island County individually and not as part of a region. Keep up the good work and do not forget the Three W’s to Wear a mask, Watch your distance, and Wash your hands.
Congratulations to our City staff
The City of Oak Harbor received the Well City Award. Receiving this award provides a financial benefit for the City because we will receive a 2% discount on our medical premiums. Congratulations to our staff! Find out more about this program at wacities.org/wellcity.
Hop on to Supporting Local Businesses
Local businesses continue to need our support. Please check out businesses at the SupportOakHarborBusiness.com website and look for special events to support local businesses from the Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce and Oak Harbor Main Street Association.
