You may work in groups of 2 on this project. Sign up to research a specific person or event from the United States' Civil Rights movement and explain the significance through a visual of your choice (Smore, Thinglink, Padlet, etc). NOT POWER-POINT/GOOGLE SLIDES!
Rubric/Requirements
- Persuasive Paper (3-5 Paragraphs) explaining in detail the role your person/event played in the development of the Civil Rights Movement (THIS SHOULD SELL THE READER ON THE IMPORTANCE OF YOUR TOPIC)-15 pts.
- A detailed timeline (Include 5-8 events detailing the role/significance)-10 pts.
- Design (Neatly titled and decorated-Includes relevant pictures)- 5 pts.
- Project Notes (ALL GROUP MEMBERS MUST COMPLETE & SUBMIT NOTES)-10 pts.
