Tuesday- am and pm conferences will be offered in person. The office will open at 7:30 am, so you may schedule am conferences between 7:30 and 8:30 am. The school will close at 8 pm, so please do not schedule conferences after 7:45 pm. PTO will provide dinner for teachers at 5 pm, so doors will be locked between 5 and 6 so teachers can enjoy their dinner.
Wednesday and Thursday- All conferences will be offered virtually. If you prefer an in person conference on those days, please reach out to the teacher. Teachers will be flexible with their schedules.
Halloween
Please review the following costume guidelines:
Because we believe toy guns and other paraphernalia that encourage violence are inappropriate for children in school, children may not bring these items with them. Be sure that your child’s costume allows him/her to have clear vision (no masks may be worn), and is safe to be worn at school. For safety reasons, costumes that need to be blown up with an air pump may NOT be worn at school. Also, costumes that reflect any political themes/ideas may NOT be worn at school either.
Teachers will be planning their classroom activities and celebrations and will reach out for volunteers as needed.
