What is the Air Force in charge of?
The United States Air Force is in charge of protecting the United States and its interests whether it be air or space. They are in charge of deploying military satellites, supporting the troops on the ground through aerial combat, protecting the United States from domestic or internal aerial threats, and most of all, keeping U.S citizens safe.
Why is this branch important?
This branch is extremely important in the areas of offensiveness and defensiveness. Whether it be deploying a military satellite to maintain eyes on a enemy force, or providing a strategic air strike to help ground troops, the U.S Air Force is always a valuable part of the United States military. The Air Force protects the U.S and its interests, whether it be air or space, from threat. Without them, we would have a large vulnerability. They control the sky to keep us safe.
