Introductory Task
How to access Google Slides
1. Log into your Google account (using your Gmail account).
2. Go to your Google Drive (See pictures below)
3. Click on 'New'.
4. Click on 'Google Slide'.
5. Untitled ---> You have the ability to change the name of your Google Slide.
6. Watch the Google Slide Tutorial (Approx. 8 minutes)
7. Create your own Google Slide presentation for one of your classroom lessons!
Google Slide Challenge
You must include the following in your Google Slide presentation:
1. Add 'Colored Text'
2. Add 'Background'
3. Add THREE 'Images' (Insert; Image)
4. Add 'Table' (Insert; Image)
5. Add 'Link' (Insert; Link)
6. Add 'Content' that you are currently working on with your students
7. You must include at LEAST 10 slides
8. Publish your Google Slide to the web (File; Publish to the web)
How do you earn your badge?
In order to receive credit for your badge, you must complete a Google Slide presentation and include all of the requirements above.
1. Click on the 'File'.
2. Click 'Publish to the web'.
2. Click the 'Link'.
3. 'Copy' your link.
4. Click on the 'Google Form Badge' button at the bottom of this page.
5. 'Paste' the link into the 'Google Form Badge' form.
6. Click 'Done'.
