The story of Elie Wiesel
Elie Wiesel was one of the survivors of the holocaust. He was just a teenager when he and his family were taken from their home in 1944 to the Auschwitz concentration camp, and then to Buchenwald.
How he lost his family
In the book "night" it says that he was technically separated from his family because of the camps. Also out of all the relatives that he had, only him & 2 of his sisters had survived the holocaust.
What did he do during the holocaust
Well mostly he did hard work in the concentration camp. He did manage to be in the camp with his father more than 8 months while forced to do hard work in 3 different camps.
What camps did Elie & his father went too
Elie & his father went to the concentration camps called Auschwitz, Buna, and Buchenwald.
