Curried Cumin Potatoes

  • 4tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1-2tsp black mustard seeds
  • 1tsp coarse chilli powder or paprika
  • 4tsp cumin seeds
  • 2tsp sesame seeds
  • 8-10 curry leaves (optional)
  • 2tsp ground cumin
  • 2tsp ground coriander
  • 1tsp ground turmeric
  • 500g (1lb 2oz) peeled and boiled potatoes, cut into 2.5cm (1in) cubes
  • 6tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 4tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
