Curried Cumin Potatoes
Recipe:4tbsp sunflower oil 1-2tsp black mustard seeds
1tsp coarse chilli powder or paprika
4tsp cumin seeds
2tsp sesame seeds
8-10 curry leaves (optional)
2tsp ground cumin
2tsp ground coriander
1tsp ground turmeric
500g (1lb 2oz) peeled and boiled potatoes, cut into 2.5cm (1in) cubes
6tbsp chopped coriander leaves
4tbsp pomegranate seeds
Squeeze of lemon juice
