To ensure I have the best health I can every day, I will believe I am healthy not that I am sick because my subconscious mind shapes my health.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by changing direction and looking at pain as a positive. What I will gain from that "pain" is the ability to accept and embrace pain not try to escape it.
