Healthcare Technology Platform Fitastik In Talks To Raise Funding
Gurgaon-based One Eighty Aamoksh Technologies Pvt. Ltd. backed Fitastik, a cloud-based healthcare technology platform that provides medical record keeping services to users on their smartphones, is close to raise its pre-Series A round. The round will be led by a couple of venture capital firms. The raised funding will be mainly used for upgrade its application and for marketing campaigns.
Facebook Co-founder Eduardo Saverin Starts B-Capital, Raises $140M for Deals in Asia
The Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin has started B Capital, closed an initial $143.6 million, to make investment in Asian startups. The fund’s main headquarters is in Singapore and has offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles. It has already invested in logistics firm Ninja Van, which recently closed a $30 million round, and digital health startup Evidation Health.
Russian Federation-backed Russian Venture Capital Scouts for Tie Ups to Enter India
Russian Federation-backed Russian Venture Capital (RVC) is scouting for Indian ventures to partner its portfolio companies. RVC which manages assets of about $500 million across 22 funds, is keen on joint ventures with Indian entities across sectors, particularly in education, biotechnology, renewable energy and the broader healthcare space.
