Instructor Bio
Shalin Desai is a Director for Teacher Training Programs for the Art of Living foundation in the US and an instructor of the Art of Living Happiness and Meditation workshops. These workshops comprise breathing techniques, yoga, meditation and spiritual knowledge.
Introduced to the Art of Living in 1997, Shalin has taught several Art of Living workshops in the United States, Canada, Mexico and India - attended by students, teachers, IT professionals, doctors, entrepreneurs and educators from diverse backgrounds. He brings a great combination of wisdom and humor, a wealth of experience running national programs, leading teams and empowering community initiatives.
