SWIS Data:
- I would like to visit with students about our SWIS Data from the month of September. We had 46 behaviors that were documented in September. Please let me know a time I could talk to 5th & 6th grade students. I think it is important that they know when behaviors are being entered into the system.
Bully Prevention Month:
- Schedule a time for me to read a book in your classroom any time during the month of October!
PBIS Videos: Clips need to be completed by Friday, October 13th.
- Video Clips for PBIS Videos - You will need to gather video clips over the next couple weeks modeling the right way and wrong way for your assigned area. Sutherland Elementary ROCKS:
- 1st-3rd Grade Teachers - Schedule a time for me to come into your classroom to have your students paint a rock. It shouldn't take too long, but will require us to paint one side, let it dry and then paint the other side.
Progress Monitoring:
- Set individual goals (look at growth rates sheet in your instructional notebook)
- Communicate goals to your students
- Progress monitor & enter data immediately into dibels.net. (if you need help please see Mrs. Sandberg or myself)
- Only enter data for those students who we have identified for progress monitoring

- Data Team Leadership Team Meeting (Wednesday during Early Out)
