The Boston Tea Party

On a December day in 1773, an angry group of colonists from Boston dressed up as Native Americans and got on a ship loaded with tea. They where angry because they thought the tea taxes went to far and dumped over 300 chests of tea into the Boston Harbor.

Brittan was mad about the dumped tea, so he made it so that no ship could get in or out of the Boston Harbor. It was a blockade!
