"Bee" in the Know
Week of October 29, 2023
Greetings Osbourn Park Students and Families!
It has been a fun filled Spirt Week for our students and staff as we celebrated Red Ribbon Week. The first quarter ends on Friday, November 3. The second quarter is a critical time, as the rigor increases in all classes. Students are encouraged to set goals for the second quarter and review and adjust their routines and study habits. Regular school attendance is important to keep up and maintain good grades.
Please remember that November 6 and 7 is a teacher workday with no school for students. Also, Veteran’s Day will be celebrated on November 10, with schools closed. To all of you who have served our country, we are so very thankful!

Senior & Underclassmen Makeup Picture Day - Thursday, November 9
Underclassmen pictures will be taken from 7:30 – 9:30 am on Thursday, November 9, in the auditorium and through English classes. Only students who were absent or have issues with the pictures they took in September may take these make ups. Please remember that there should be something noticeably wrong with the picture for it to be allowed to retake, for example the student’s eyes were closed and if a package was purchased, it should be returned. UNDERCLASSMEN DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MAKEUPS. ONLY SENIORS NEED TO SIGN UP!
SENIORS: PLEASE READ!! Senior makeups will also be on November 9 in the auditorium but will take place from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. Seniors who would like their pictures published in the yearbook MUST have their pictures taken at this time or they risk the chance of not having their senior picture in the 2024 yearbook due to deadlines for publishing. If you have not taken a senior picture, please sign up to take yours when the sign-up times are available. Seniors, here is the link to sign up for senior pictures:
