PTO is excited to launch our fundraiser, Friends of Collins!
September 25 thru November 1
This is the only fundraising the PTO will do this fall. We are not asking you to sell anything but only asking families to donate if they are able. We have some fun incentives available whether your student is in person or remote. Our fundraising goals are for each student to have a school Chromebook available to use & for math enrichment programs. You can donate on Membership Toolkit under Store.
Please contact friendsofcollinsintermediate@gmail.com with any questions.

Nurse Kendall Update
Now that it’s flu season, it is more important than ever to screen your child for symptoms of Covid-19 or flu before sending to school. Symptoms are very similar and include:
Fever or feeling feverish/chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue (tiredness)
Sore throat
Runny or stuffy nose
Muscle pain or body aches
Headache
Some people may have vomiting and diarrhea, though this is more common in children than adults

If your child has any of these symptoms, please keep him/her at home, notify the school, and call your healthcare provider.
If my student is a Virtual Learner how do I get their picture taken for the yearbook?
Pictures will be taken in the front of the school. Please enter the front of the school using the drive through. Also, please stay in the car the entire time. When they are ready they will ask your child to exit the vehicle to have their picture taken. Once they exit the vehicle they will be directed to one of two locations. When they are done your child will return to the vehicle and you can exit the drive through.
