Getting Rid of "ANTS"

What are ANTs? ANTs are Automatic Negative Thoughts. They are referred to as ANTs, because like real ants, they can spoil a perfectly happy event/situation. Our ANTs can spoil our own lives when we fill our minds with them. But, we don’t have to let this happen.

Thoughts don’t just “happen” to us, though—we can actually change them. We can identify the negative thoughts, we can let them go, and we can decide to put positive thoughts in their place.

What are some ANTs that enter your mind and how can you change these thoughts?
