Teen Bliss Yoga

for girls...ages 14 and up!

Build strength, increase focus & flexibility and add a little bliss to your hectic world!

Each class we practice:

Standing yoga poses - these help with strength, poise, and confidence

Restorative poses - these are great to help calm the mind

Deep relaxation techniques - this is where the bliss part comes in!!

Guided meditation & breathing techniques - for calm and focus.

We will have a cozy & welcoming atmosphere with candles, essential oils & quiet to soothe your senses.
