What is Titus?
Titus is a performance training system for athletes that want to achieve more, strive higher and do better than ever before. Their methods have produced measurable results for athletes from little league to the pros. It’s a different kind of workout designed just for
athletes who want to increase strength, speed and confidence. Accommodates all ages, sports and ability levels.
Focuses include: resistance training, mobility, agility, coordination, and reaction speed
