Energy Flow
An ecosystem is all the living and nonliving things in an environment and the ways they interact. All living things in an ecosystem need water, food, temperature, and space to grow. The energy they need comes from the sun. Animals get energy by eating plants or other animals. They are called consumers.
Herbivore
A panda bear is a herbivore that lives in asia. They are very cute and eat bambo.
Carnivore
Wolves are carnivores. They act as a team when they are in a pack.
Ermnivores
An Iguana is a ermnivore that eats meat and plants. They eat anything they can find.
Food Chains and Food webs
In a food chain, living things transfer energy by eating and being eaten. A food web is a system of overlapping food chains. All living things are connected and depend on each other in order to survive.
