Magnetized cereals
It is possible the existence of iron in cereals?
Here we have some images of my fair project
1.The two tipes of cereals that i have used
.
.
2. Energetic value of the first cereals box.
3. The mass of the cereals with water.
4.Energetic value of the second cereals box.
MATERIAL
1. Two boxes of cereals
2. Water
3. Airtight bag
4. Magnet
5. Mixer
6. Boul
HYPOTHESIS
My hypothesis is that cereals contains solid iron in small portions that human eye can't see.
PROCEDURE
2. Put the solution obtained in a airtight bag.
3. Pass the magnet over the bag.
4. See what hapens.
5. Wash utensils.
RESULTS
The results of my fair project taught me that I have chosen cereals that don't have enough iron so that the magnet attracts.
CONCLUSIONS
I conclude that the cereals that i have chosen don't contain enough iron, For this reason we have not seen iron in the experiment.
NEXT TIME
Next time I will get a more powerful magnet and glean some cereals that contain more iron so the fair project will be fine.
FINAL BACKGROUND RESEARCH
After some searching I have found that this experiment is a good method to find iron in cereals.
