ACPS Coding Camp
ACPS Coding Camp is a summer coding academy that provides elementary students from Albemarle County Public Schools with opportunities for creativity, innovation, and fun. The curriculum this year will focus on new and exciting experiences aligned with the Virginia State Standards in Computer Science and the new Digital Learning Integration Standards.
Who: K-5 (ACPS students)

Blue Ridge Boost Coding Camp
Blue Ridge Boost Coding Camp fosters the exploration of robotics, coding, chess, and math. The camp experiences provides students the opportunity to work together, share ideas, and solve challenges. Through hands-on activities and group projects, students will develop critical thinking skills and learn the importance of effective communication.
Who: 6-13 years old

Engineering-Girls@UVA
The Engineering-Girls@UVA program builds on the success of the Bio-Med Tech-Girls program. The UVA School of Engineering and Applied Science is leading this unique collaboration between Charlottesville Women in Tech, Tech-Girls and the School of Education and Human Development to provide a variety of immersive engineering experiences. This summer the program will offer two engineering tracks to explore: Biomedical Engineering and Civil and Environmental Engineering with more tracks coming in future years. Programming for the Engineering-Girls@UVA will continue to include hands-on engineering activities, community building, lab tours, guest speakers, and student panel discussions for young women in high school, so they can be inspired by the variety of opportunities to study and work in engineering.

iD Tech Camp at UVA
iD Tech Camp at UVA summer programs strike the perfect balance between STEM skill development and summer fun, allowing students to explore tech interests in a fun yet challenging setting.

KidsCollege@PVCC Summer Camps
KidsCollege@PVCC offers project-based exploration into STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and arts areas. Registration begins in February.

STEAM Discovery Academy provides unique opportunities for students to experience science while encouraging them to learn how the universe works and to be creative, while developing innovative solutions.

Virginia Discovery Museum Summer Camps
Virginia Discovery Museum summer program offers week-long, half-day summer camps for children 4 and older provides opportunities for kids to gain confidence, make friends, and explore a range of STEAM-focused topics through creative and engaging hands-on experiences.

WTJU's Radio and Podcast Camps provides students the opportunity to learn the basics of audio production, conduct interviews, and produce a podcast to air on WTJU’s sister radio station, WXTJ 100.1 FM.

Girls Who Code Summer Programs
