Face-to-Face Options
The following are the times and days available for your child to attend face-to-face sessions at our location at the TAC building. Please respond to this email with your choice.
K-5th Grade Options:
Tuesday, 1-4 pm
Wednesday,1-4 pm
Middle School Options:
Tuesday, 12:30 pm-3:30 pm
Wednesday, 8:30-11:30 am
High School Options (session times align with Career Center options):
Tuesday, 8:30 am-12:30 pm
OR
Wednesday, 11:30 am-3:30 pm
There will be a box lunch option for high school students on Tuesday and Wednesday and for any students who will be attending Thursday.
Thursdays will now be used for open lab time, which will be required for students who are on back on track plans, qualify for extra academic support, and optional for any students who may want additional help from their teachers.
Orientation and Important Dates
First Class Days- August 27 or 28 (during your learners chosen face-to-face time) meet on 4th floor, OVS is just to the left when you depart the elevator.
Learners and Learning Coaches will show up for Learner's assigned face-to-face time. There will be an email coming soon with a PowerPoint that the Learning Coach will watch and you may pre-sign the technology agreement and bring to Brooke when you drop off your learner. If you do not have a printer, or the ability to watch the presentation, no worries, Mrs. Nommensen will be happy to give you the information in person.
If you would like to purchase device protection, please bring $20 cash or check. Once we have that signed agreement, learning coaches may stay, or leave and come back for their learner at dismissal time.
Learner Onboarding- August 29, 10:30-12:30

MAP Testing- Thursday, September 12 and 19
Please note this is different than previous years. Learners will attend their usual face-to-face day this week AND come to OVS to complete MAP testing on Thursday September 12 and 19. Times will be announced soon.

In order to earn credit for PE, learners must earn a D or higher in the online coursework and attend four class sessions in order complete physical, performance-based assessments. There is a make-up session each semester in case a class is missed.
