Senior milestones: Spring 2020
Also, seniors are asked to keep an eye top their home mailboxes today as well.
Student locker clean out
On Monday, May 11, Joseph Case High School will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., for staggered access for its students to go to their lockers and retrieve personal and school belongings.
This opportunity gives access to students to retrieve belongings. It is not to return all your textbooks, especially ones that you will be using for the next month.
High school administration will be opening the school’s front doors for students to have brief access to lockers. Classrooms, learning commons, auditorium and locker rooms will be locked. Students will have to coordinate with Mr, Costa for entry to any of these locations.
Students must wear face masks. These will not be provided.
Students will go to their lockers in cohorts of ten, and be mindful of social distancing. We are not encouraging any groups.
We will check all students in and out of the building. Students may only use the front doors. Students should demonstrate face masks upon entry.
The school will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. under these parameters:
- Last name A-F ==> 9-950 a.m.
- Last name G-L ==> 10-1050 a.m.
- Last name M-R ==> 11-1150 a.m.
- Last name S-Z ==> 12-1250 p.m.
Lockers should be cleaned out entirely. Barrels will be placed in hallways for anything you want to dispose of. Please leave all school property, textbooks, and gently used notebooks and binders on the carpet in front of your locker. We will collect and return all borrowed property to the appropriate department. Again, if you are using a textbook for remote learning at this time, you need to keep it at home.
After students have cleaned out their lockers, please leave the locker open with the lock attached and locked.
As well, any electronics may be brought to main office.
Please park in the East faculty lot. Students will have to self-monitor to avoid grouping outside of the building prior to entrance. Social distancing is necessary to make this opportunity successful.
