BIONICS
Bionics is a part of robotics.
Bionics
These robots replace human body parts that have been damaged. The prostheses are bionics which help individual people in life, and generally speaking - the bionics is often the last resort for people with disabilities or sick people. This is based on advanced technology and robots. The bionics is also applied in engineering and facilitates the work of scientists.
.
The robots from various fields and branches of bionics were created, i.e. mobile robots, humanoid robots, neuro-robots and prostheses.
MOBILE ROBOTS
The mobile robots are robots capable of changing the position in space, swimming, overcoming obstacles. These robots are designed to perform various tasks and to move through the different areas.
HUMANOID ROBOTS
The humanoid robots are the robots that mimic the movements and behavior of man. These robots are designed to be mechanical copies of a man - that is why people who program them must be both creative and must make these robots resemble man the best they can. In the future their task may be to help people and to replace us in a number of activities.
NEUROROBOTS
The neuro-robots is a so-called brain GPS. The scientists try to make these robots, after connecting them to human or animal nervous system, carry out the commands issued via thoughts. The idea is to help paralyzed people who are fully aware but their bodies are not capable of doing anything.
BIONIC PROSTHESES
The bionic prostheses replace human limbs or organs. They enable, inter alia, to grasp hands, move fingers, or quick movements that are not possible with conventional prostheses. Such prosthetic arms and legs make disabled people live their lives normally.
