INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound of ground pork
  • 2 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 6 large green bell peppers

DIRECTIONS

  1. brown sausage over medium heat
  2. in large bowl combine 2 packages of cream cheese and the cooked browned sausage
  3. cut and clean the peppers *remember to take of the tops
  4. spoon sausage cheese mixture in the peppers
  5. bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10-20 minutes.
