INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound of ground pork
- 2 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 6 large green bell peppers
DIRECTIONS
- brown sausage over medium heat
- in large bowl combine 2 packages of cream cheese and the cooked browned sausage
- cut and clean the peppers *remember to take of the tops
- spoon sausage cheese mixture in the peppers
- bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10-20 minutes.
