We wanted to extend a thank you for the patience and the grace that you continue to extend to your RNR family. Throughout the week with have resolved and are continuing to resolve. The RNR teachers and staff have been working diligently to prepare remote content, master the OW process, technology, and modifications for individual students.
We wanted to also state that we will be continuing to work virtually throughout next week August 21st as we are still in the "red." While we continue to work with district administration, we keep you updated to changes that are upcoming. Thank you for your support.
Lastly, we are starting to call students and track virtual attendance/participation today and the rest of next week!
Until Further notice - every Friday we will send out a weekly newsletter to communicate important information and relevant changes. We are continuing to include relevant information on our website robinson.k12k.com and our twitter account @KCS_Robinson.

Update From Special Education
Dear RNR Families,
Welcome to this new 2020-2021 school adventure. If your student has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), please know The Special Education Department at RNR is working very hard to make sure student’s needs are being met. If you haven’t already received a call, you can expect to hear from your student’s teacher or case manager in the coming week. They will be discussing needs your student may have during this virtual learning time and comparable services that can be provided. We are looking forward to working with students, teachers and families this school year. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

7th grade Update
7th Grade Family,
We have completed the first week of learning and getting to know one another. If you have a 7th-grader, please make sure you have submitted their immunization record.
We are so proud of our 8th graders for showing up this week to conferences, working on and submitting assignments, and being patient! You all are doing a great job, and we appreciate you. Please continue to direct any parent or student questions to your individual teachers through messaging on Canvas, email or in the live student conferences. We ARE Robinson!

- Cheer tryouts will be held Monday, August 17-21 from 3:30-5:30. Anyone interested in trying out must have a physical on file to participate.

As Counselors, we recognize the stress and anxiety your student and family may be experiencing during these difficult times.
