Diversity: AsianAmerica
What is it like to be an Asian American in America?
All the Broken Pieces ~ by Ann E. Burg
This is a book of poetry that tells the story of a young man who comes to America at the end of the Vietnamese War. He lives with a White American family, but he doesn't fit in with his new home. The story tells of the troubles he has in school, at home, and the pain of the memories and the people he left behind.
