100% Symptom free campus

We wanted to remind families of our commitment to being 100% symptom-free here at Lackamas. Thank you for not sending your children to school sick or when they have medicine that would mask COVID symptoms. If your student has had a COVID test and are waiting on results please do not send your student to school until you receive a negative test. If you have any questions please check out the Thurston County Public Health pathway.

Looking for updates

Make sure to visit our Lackamas & YCS websites to stay up to date about what is happening at our school and within our district.

Daily Mile Partnership with the University of Washington

We're excited to provide some fun, free coloring pages to help keep your students motivated to do The Daily Mile during the winter months. They are brought to you in partnership with our friends at Erika's Lighthouse!

A study from the Dominican University of California showed that sharing goals with a friend dramatically increases the chance of completing them. Seventy percent of participants who told someone about their goal achieved it, compared to just 35% of those who kept their goal to themselves. Ask your students if they'd like to get healthier in 2022. Doing The Daily Mile 3-5 times per week is perfect to help them achieve their goal.

Trex.com - The Plastic Recycling Challenge
