Inputs/Outputs and Software...
And that Stuff....
Inputs/Outputs (or I/O)
These are the different functions that enable the components of computers to communicate. Inputs are signals received from the component, and outputs are the signals sent from it. For example, keyboards and mice are input devices that communicate with the computer, and are used by people. This is the most common term use. They take physical movement and convert them into signals.
Software
Software is downloadable programmes that are optional and you can choose and use. Depending on profession or whatever, there are a vast number of programs that can fit your needs, some free and some expensive. Popular ones are obviously Microsoft office (Excel, Word), Steam ( Gaming) and Norton (Internet Safety).
