Parents please see below in regards to Laptops.
Parents and guardians: In recent weeks, we have seen a significant increase in damaged laptops including broken screens, pried off buttons, and frames, lots of stickers, and hinges broken. Recently, our insurance company reiterated that only accidental damage will be covered under our policy. We want to remind parents that when a student has a broken laptop, an investigation is completed and if the damage is deemed intentional, parents are responsible for the debt for the laptop before a student receives a new laptop. Laptops are utilized daily in the classrooms, and it is the responsibility of the students to maintain their computers and chargers. If your child has damaged a laptop and/or lost their charger, and you have received a bill in the mail, please pay those debts to the school. Additionally, we do have new chargers available to purchase as well. Please take time over the break to check your child's laptop and charger.
