ACPHS Virtual Day of the Knights
Opens Thursday, July 14 & closes Tuesday, July 19
Virtual Day of the Knights
Welcome to ACP High School's Virtual Day of the Knights. Beginning July 14th, families can log into their Infinite Campus parent portal in order to address any outstanding fines, pay class fees, buy a Student Activity Card, order & pay for PE uniforms, and purchase a yearbook and class t- shirts. In addition, beginning Thursday, July 14th, students may also view their class schedule via the Infinite Campus Parent/Student Portal.
All athletic and extracurricular school events (e.g. dances) will need to be independently paid for as they occur. We are excited to work with you this year and look forward to assisting you as needed throughout our Day of the Knights window.
Please note all Class Fees, Lost Textbooks, and unpaid fees from past years or other schools will need to be paid prior to purchasing items from this year's Virtual Day of the Knights.
Missing textbooks have been marked as lost if they were not returned after the 21-22 school year. The cost of the textbook(s) has been added to student’s accounts as fees. Once the textbook is returned, the fees will be deleted (fees can take up to 24 hrs to be removed from your students account). Please return you textbooks/novels to the front office at your earliest convenience.
Below is a list of class fees (assigned once students physically return to campus) and those items available for purchase at this year's Virtual Day of the Knights along with other important reminders and items to note. As a reminder, families must log into their Infinite Campus Parent Portal to make purchases and payments. Directions for doing so are below. Please review all of the information included in this update before making purchases or reviewing student schedules in order to make the process as simple as possible for you or your child(ren). Thank you.

Student Schedules
Student schedules will be available for review via the Infinite Campus Student Portal beginning July 14th. Please know schedules are subject to change - especially the period in which a course is assigned. Administration continues to balance class sizes as students enroll in ACP High School and changes can occur often in the next few days. It is critical for students to review their schedule daily and on the morning of Wednesday, July 20th to make sure they are following the most recent and up-to-date schedule. All students will need to follow the schedule as listed in Infinite Campus when school begins. Administration & counseling will continue to work with students the first few days of the year.
In the event a change is required, based on the criteria listed below, please scan the "Schedule Change Request" QR code to submit a change request form. If the request does not meet one of the four the criteria listed, changes will not be honored. Please do not email or call administration or counseling to request a change or to follow-up on your submitted change request. Office staff will review each request in a timely manner and input any changes in Infinite Campus. Continue to review your schedule on Infinite Campus daily. As mentioned, schedule change requests will only be considered if the request falls within one of the following categories:
- A failure in a previous course that necessitates repeating.
- A course listed on your schedule that was taken in summer school.
- A graduation requirement is missing from your schedule and you are a senior.
- A schedule that is incomplete (i.e. less than six courses listed).
As stated, if a schedule change request is made that does not fall within the categories listed above it will not be considered or addressed.
If a grade change is required based on completion of a summer school course, scan the "Grade Change" QR code and your grade will be updated in the next several days.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we continue to balance classes to ensure the best class environment for our students and teachers.

A student cannot set up their accounts without an ID number. Parents can set up an Infinite Campus Portal account by clicking here. New students will follow the same directions as returning students following the directions below.
All students must first change their Microsoft Password prior to accessing Infinite Campus. It does not matter what type of device in which this is completed. Please note that the Microsoft password is different than the students google password.

The Prep PTO
Welcome back ACP! The PREP PTO (formerly the ACP General Boosters) is the official parent/teacher organization of ACP High. Our role is to help support the staff, students, and faculty of ACP. School funds only go so far. We work closely with the administration to help determine the needs and then fund those needs. We support back-to-school events, teacher requests, general requests from the administration, graduation, and so much more. We support the entire school!
We do not do any fundraising throughout the year, so to assist us with our events we collect a booster fee of $60 per student, or $90 per family (two or more students from the same family).
These fees can be paid via CLICK HERE.
We look forward to your continued support of ACP High School! Please contact us at ThePrepPTO@gmail.com with any questions.
