WEEK OF OCTOBER 30
Missouri Model District Update
Dear staff,
As part of our participation in Missouri Model Districts (MMD), our building is asked to participate in the following survey. Below is a link to the survey. It asks for our feedback on the implementation of collaborative teams, data-based decision making, common formative assessments, effective teaching/learning practices, and leadership at our school.
The results of the pilot survey are confidential, so please answer honestly. To have accurate results for the pilot, all instructional staff need to take the survey. The survey should only take 8-10 minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for taking the survey.
Please complete the survey by November 3rd through the following link:
http://www.moedu-sail.org/cw-implementation-survey-mmd/.
Thank you for your assistance!

The research is clear, consistent,
and convincing
Parent, family, and community involvement in education
correlates with higher academic performance and
school improvement. When schools, parents, families,
and communities work together to support learning,
students tend to earn higher grades, attend school
more regularly, stay in school longer, and enroll in
higher level programs.
