On-Line Testing is Just Around the Corner
Just want to send out another reminder that we will be locking down streaming media in order to preserve bandwidth for students who are taking the STAAR-A and TELPAS. At this time we are not sure how restrictive we need to be, but YouTube for certain will be shut down. You will want to check the testing calendar and be sure that you have any streaming media loaded on to your computer prior to the testing dates. Click on the link below for a tutorial on how to download YouTube videos to your Mac.

No More Grading Now That We Have Google Forms and the Flubaroo Plug-In
Already a great Google add-on, the Flubaroo enables automatic grading and emailing of grades. This autograde option allows the teacher to have their students automatically receive their scores after submitting their responses to quizzes created in Google Forms. Students will receive an email with their scores and (if you choose) the answer key.
To use autograding in Flubaroo, the teacher will still have to set an answer key and grade at least one submission before autograding will work.
