Putting it all together!
As we round out the 1st half of our instructional calendar at Crossroads Academy, we can reflect on our successes, and many lessons we have learned. More importantly we can take a moment to be thankful for the opportunity we have each day to improve ourselves, our school, and our community through our service. Each of our now 17 graduates has completed a minimum of six hours of community service to date. This service is meant to instill the value of service throughout our campus culture. Students log their hours, and receive a verified signature from the granting organizations, but this work is bigger than a signature and graduation requirement. It is an expectation built around a larger hope connected to our district's broader community commitment. It is one key way that Crossroads Academy demonstrates and lives its belief in the U.
Students will complete their Fall End of Course testing this week, and we are looking forward to a wonderful celebration of student success on Thursday, December 19th at 6pm at our Fall Graduation Celebration. The event celebrates all of our Fall graduates, and includes service from our currently enrolled students.
