BY WEDNESDAY: if you create folders in your email move Outlook Personal Folders to Inbox (Directions for Moving Outlook Personal Folders to Inbox)
On Wednesday...avoid using Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You could lose work if you are working on Office programs as the county switches us to Office 365. Use Google programs (docs, sheet, slides) on Wednesday!
By the sign in sheet there are directions to get new Office365 app on your mobile device. Pick one up (separate one for Iphone and Android). You will lose email access on your mobile device sometime Wednesday afternoon/evening. Here is a link if you want to save directions in your Google Drive. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1q8rCf_WWkHqbanlKezAg2OtCPLsnnQYVeKX4wXXtE5k/edit?usp=sharing
Thursday morning you will have new Office 365 icons on classlink and email. I will send directions on setting up new emails.
