Joining a WebEx Meeting - Students

1. Tap the Self Service app.
2. Tap INSTALL under the Cisco WebEx Meetings app.
NOTE: If you have previously installed this app, the button will say REINSTALL to update.
3. Tap the Webex Meet App, as shown below, to open.
4. Tap "I Accept".
5. Tap the "Sign In" button.
6. Tap the Email box and enter your @student.gccisd.net email address and then tap Next.
7. In the "ENTER WEBEX SITE URL" box, type gccisd.webex.com and tap Next.
8. The ClassLink login screen will appear, enter your Student ID# (for the Username) and your Birthday (in MMDDYYYY format for the Password), then tap Sign In.
If you receive a message that your account is locked or you have the incorrect password, please contact the help desk at 281-420-4633.
9. Click "Don't Allow" for Calendar access.
10. Tap "Join Meeting" button.
11. Enter the Meeting # or URL given to you by your Remote Conferencing Instructor and tap Join.
12. Click OK for Microphone Access AND tap OK for Camera Access.
If you accidentally tap Don't Allow on either, you will need do the following to fix it:
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Webex Meet (on the left).
- Tap the toggle ON for both Microphone & Camera.
